Position Summary

Senior Digital Marketing Manager is drives the digital strategy, execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth. The role oversees digital channels, marketing campaigns and provides leadership to the digital marketing team.

Leading multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Medial and others plateform) to boost brand awareness and conversions. They oversee marketing budgets, manage analytics, and lead cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.


Key responsibilities

 

1-Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create annual digital marketing plans, budgets and performance targets.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights and competitive opportunities within the insurance sector.


2-Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition

  • Design and manage campaigns to generate qualified lead for insurance products.
  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve lead conversion rates.


3-Digital Campaign Management

  • Lead digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Linkedln,Youtube and others plateform.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, display advertising and email marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize.


4-Products Marketing Support

  • Develop digital marketing plans for insurance products, CSR activities.
  • Support new products launches and promotion campaign to audience.
  • Create target customer and viewer strategies.


5-Website and Digital plateform Management

  • Oversee corporate website performance and user experience.
  • Improvement Company website, conversion rates and customer journey.
  • Ensure all digital plateforms remain updated, secure and compliant.


6-Content Creator & Social Media Management

  • Lead development of engaging content creator including articles, videos, graphic design and material.
  • Manage social media strategy and branding reputation.
  • Increase customer engagement through to digital channels.


7-CRM & Customer Retention

  • Develop customer engagement and retention campaigns.
  • Manage marketing automation and customer communications.
  • Utilize CRM data to improve customer experience.


8-Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and customer bahavior.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and marketing.
  • Prepare executive reports and strategic recommendation.


9-Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Review marketing materials for regulatory and legal compliance.
  • Maintian customer data privacy and protecton standards.

 

10-Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor digital marketing staff and external agencie.
  • Establish performance goals and development plans,innovatives marketing culture.
  • Proven ability to manage people, delegate effective and drive performance team.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Gender : Male or Female
  • Education & Experience: Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, along with 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Leadership skill:  Expertise in a senior or leadership capacity and creative departments.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting ROI to senior stakeholders
  • Soft Skills: Strategic problem-solving, adaptability to market trends, and strong copywriting/editing skills
  • Proven language: Strong proficiency in speaking, reading, writing for both Khmer & English languages.
