Job Title : 365 Hotline Operator

Job Summary : Hotline Operator is handle all phone call from customer and interpersonal communication.

Key Responsible:

- Handle all Phone call with professional manner;

- Answer all phone call and deliver the issue to claims surveyor.

- Clarify of detail information to customer about the policy.

- Provide service to customer.

- Problem solving when get the complaint from customer.

- Obtaining and providing clear information to customer and to team works.

- Record claims calling received in to system.

- Delegate surveyors to do on spot claims settlement.

- Handles customer enquiries and complaints.

- Ensuring that adequate and correct records are kept.

- Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

- At least one year experience in related field Lady is encouraged, Age: 18 – 35 years old.

- Be able to work under pressure.

- Be able to communicate in both English/Khmer Languages

- Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Word, Power point, excel).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skill.

- Very patient, flexible on working schedule as night shift, punctual, honest and friendly.

- Good cooperation with team work
